For those of you that follow the blog you will remember I taught a fabulous group of quilters way back in January at The Wimberley Quilt Ranch. Our quilt of choice was Fire Island Hosta. If you want to re-visit that blog post click HERE!
The end of June found me back at the Quilt Ranch and this will be a 2-part post. This is part 1 (well part 2 of the Fire Island Hosta, part 1 of the June Retreat!) This retreat was for “Beginners and Finishers!” We had 2 finishers from our January retreat and I would like to highlight those quilts here along with “Lucy’s” Fire Island Hosta which is HOT OFF the Long Arm! I had so much fun quilting her quilt – I love whimsical quilting and her quilt was just the key for some of that fun!
So here is to our Fire Island Finishers!

Sometimes I think I must have the best “job” around! Thanks to all of you for being part of the fun!
oh my goodness! for some reason I missed seeing your post until now! I love, love my quilt! you did a spectacular job as usual! when are you headed back this way?
